• Please note that slight differences in colours may vary due to the handmade nature, individual nature of handcrafted cards. • Should an order be cancelled, the customer will be liable for any costs relating to work completed at that time. • Proof-reading is the responsibility of the customer, as are any errors unnoticed at the time of proof-reading. Proofs should be signed to signify acceptance, or returned marked with any necessary amendments to errors. Decisions to make changes to wording (except relating to errors) may incur extra charges. • UK postage is by Special Delivery and will require a signature. flutterby-design cannot be held liable for any loss or damage after dispatch. Orders may take up to six weeks to complete (urgent orders will be considered). • Any items required via separate mailings will incur a further delivery charge. • It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have copyright permission for hymns, readings and images. • All cards and designs are the copyright of flutterby-design.
